Welcome to the Ketogasm podcast. A show dedicated to helping women succeed on keto. We’ll be tackling all things keto and low carb lifestyle completely free of diet dogma and restrictive rules. I’m Tasha Metcalf and as a nutrition educator, author and creator of a popular keto website, I was getting really worried about the diet trap that I see people falling into. Obsessing about every little detail or struggling to close the gap between how they want to eat and what they’re actually eating.

So I decided to take a new approach, shifting focus away from diet perfection to teach women how to build sustainable eating habits and change their food attitudes. The Ketogasm Podcast: Easy Keto with Tasha (that’s me!) is launching November 13, 2019.

Each week, I’ll be sharing my insights and tips on how to make keto sustainable for your lifestyle.

I want to help you get out of the weeds and stop overcomplicating keto! Keto can be a straightforward way of eating if you just let it be. It’s my mission to show you how to get out of your own way and stop self-sabotaging your efforts.

This show has been a long time coming. Over the years, I’ve received tons of emails, comments, and DMs from women all over the world, asking keto questions that are driving them up the wall. This podcast is truly a culmination of those inquiries, my personal experience with keto, and my evolution from yo-yo dieter to nutrition educator.

I am last-day-of-school excited to get the ball rolling with the podcast. We are going to connect in a way that just doesn’t happen with blogs and recipes. You’ll get me–a real live person–explaining things as simply as possible instead of frantically Googling and trudging through the fluff that doesn’t answer your questions. Or worse, sending you down a convoluted rabbit hole that leaves you even more confused! Yuck.
